By booking a stay at Hotel Larina, you agree to the following terms:

1. Reservation & Payment

  • All bookings are confirmed upon successful payment.

  • Guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: 09:00 AM onwards

  • Check-out: 08:00 AM

  • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made up to 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

  • No-shows will be treated as last-minute cancellations with no refund.

4. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect hotel property.

  • Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.

  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

5. Liability

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not kept in designated lockers.

  • Use of hotel facilities (including parking and sea-bath area) is at guests’ own risk.

6. Room Service & Dining

  • In-house restaurant La Casa and room service are available as per menu and timings.

  • Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted without prior approval.

7. Events & Banquets

  • Use of La Veranda Banquet Hall requires prior reservation and adherence to event policies.

8. Force Majeure

  • The hotel is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other events beyond our control.
