Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in are non-refundable.

No-shows will be treated as last-minute cancellations with no refund.
4. Guest Conduct

Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest’s account.

5. Liability

The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables not kept in designated lockers.

Use of hotel facilities (including parking and sea-bath area) is at guests’ own risk.
6. Room Service & Dining

In-house restaurant La Casa and room service are available as per menu and timings.

Outside food and alcoholic beverages are not permitted without prior approval.
7. Events & Banquets

Use of La Veranda Banquet Hall requires prior reservation and adherence to event policies.
8. Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for disruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or other events beyond our control.
